This policy is a draft for HurrySign. Replace it after attorney review, before you collect customer data in production.

What we store

Account names and emails, organization membership, uploaded PDFs, signature images, recipient names and emails, optional phone numbers for one-time codes, IP addresses, user agents, and audit events. Payment details are handled by Stripe when billing is connected. We do not store full card numbers.

Why

We store this information to send and complete envelopes, to authenticate signers, and to produce the certificate and audit trail the sender and signer can rely on.

Sharing

Documents are shared with the recipients the sender names. Webhooks the organization configures receive event payloads. Email and SMS providers, file storage, and Stripe receive only what is required to perform those jobs.
