Terms of Service

These terms are a placeholder for HurrySign. They are not a contract until counsel reviews them.

The service

HurrySign lets an organization send documents for electronic signature, keep an audit trail, and retrieve the completed PDF. A subscription, when billed, is monthly and limited by the envelope allowance of the plan.

Your responsibilities

You decide whether a document may be signed electronically. You will not use the service for document types excluded from the ESIGN Act or UETA. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for keeping your API keys private.

Signatures

Signers consent to electronic records before they sign, and they finish with an explicit action. HurrySign records that ceremony. Whether a signature is enforceable in a particular dispute is a legal question for the parties and their counsel.

Records

Completed envelopes, certificates, and audit events are retained for the life of the organization account. Audit events are append-only. Signers can download their copy from the completion email.
